General improvements include 'audio_webrtc_mode' support in JWT tokens. Breaking change in client view requires external dependencies (React 18.3.1, Redux, and Lodash) to be loaded separately. New features include Clinical Note support, mobile resource improvements, and promise-based API calls. Client view now offers theme switching that follows system/browser preferences on desktop (with some limitations in chat, participants, and settings panels), while mobile maintains dark mode during meetings. Additional enhancements include an "Enable Stop Incoming Video" option, grid-based design for menu popups, header UI improvements, sensitivity label support, and desktop caption layout optimization. Bug fixes address ring tone playback for Zoom phone invites, the onUserJoin API reliability, and active speaker view issues for mobile webinar attendees receiving shares.

Client view retires the AI Companion brand, adds Phase 1 ultrasound signaling support for same-device My Notes restriction and fixes a bug where the onUserJoin function had stopped working. Component view optimized the "Join Meeting" process.

Improved bot handling, richer Q&A capabilities (typing indicators and guest labels), automatic Picture-in-Picture mode, and support for dark chat UI and virtual backgrounds on lower-end devices. Also adds better controls for hosts, such as locking meeting language settings, and improves error handling for OBF bot joins. Fixed where the InviteByPhone API failed to trigger after successful calls.

Fixed client view customerKey bug.

Allows hosts to disable desktop screen sharing, supports anonymous Q&A comments, and adds a “Be right back” reaction. Users can now preview and manage virtual backgrounds, disable hyperlinks in chat, and enable transcript saving. Enhancements include a more optimized mobile interface, improved audio device management, and a new whiteboard button in the meeting footer. The update also refines error codes, adds a network disconnect dialog in preview mode, and fixes issues such as duplicate muted icons, attendee list status errors, and webinar hand-lowering problems.

Addresses a WebRTC issue that caused session negotiation failures and fallback to WASM on Chrome 147 and later. If you rely on WebRTC video, we strongly advise that you upgrade to ensure compatibility with upcoming Chrome versions.

For both views, added new error codes 4014 and 4015 to handle invalid obfToken scenarios. Fixed a CPU spike issue when re-enabling virtual background without SharedArrayBuffer and a lodash library update to version 4.17.23. For client view, fixed setVirtualBackground not working in edge cases. For component view, fixed a video rendering problem in speaker view.

Restricts cross-account anonymous joins. Client view updates the PEPC button label to address a Chrome regression and fixes five issues including webinar join errors, poll text display problems, mobile PEPC flow, recording permission localization, and virtual background settings with ZAK tokens. Component view adds error handling for cross-account joins, PTZ camera UI controls, and breakout room broadcast audio support, while fixing translated caption and view mode persistence issues.

Bug fixes.

Client view includes automatic Picture-in-Picture when switching tabs, the ability to zoom in/out of screenshares, and expanded web annotation features such as indicator arrows and spotlight color options. Performance and experience improvements include optimized active speaker sorting, original sound enabled by default on low-core devices, and updated participant limits for pinning. Key fixes address breakout room token expiration, poll reconnection issues, language defaults for audio, and video problems in waiting rooms and Simulive webinars. Component view includes livestream integration and a new partial chat mode for direct messages. Error handling is more transparent with clearer audio/video startup messages, and APIs have been updated to expose chat message events. Resolved bug with lost `recordingToken` parameters when hitting error code 3008.

The Client view release introduces WebRTC video support, improved audio and video permissions, and new event listeners for video order, chat messages, and virtual backgrounds. It features several UI enhancements, including join disclaimers and small device menu items. The update removes the generateSDKSignature API, external lodash dependency, and certain settings options. Key fixes address issues with polling dialogs, AI companion spacing, whiteboard rendering, chat window access on mobile, and untranslated strings. For Component view, we added RequireJS framework support and resolved a breakout room recreation issue.
