Use this workflow to start building.
- Sign up. Sign into Platform Studio and create a Build Platform account. No credit card is required.
- Start your trial. See the developer pricing page for details.
- Create a project. Create a project.
- Generate your API key. Select the Build Platform products and scopes that will use this key.
- Build. Integrate Zoom SDKs and APIs into your application.
- Upgrade. Move to a paid plan when you're ready for production.
- Monitor usage. Track credit consumption and manage billing from Platform Studio .
Choose a product or products
Platform Studio provides access to the Build Platform product suite of AI Services and Communications services (Video SDK and Cobrowse SDK).

RTMS and QSS are Communications services features.

Create and manage projects
A project is the organizational container for your integration. Projects contain the credentials and usage information associated with your application.
You can use multiple projects to separate applications or environments such as development, staging, and production.
API keys
Generate and manage API keys for your projects in Platform Studio .
Billing
Platform Studio uses Universal Credits as a shared consumption currency across Build Platform products. You don't purchase a separate credit allocation for each product.
Examples of credit consumption include:
- Video SDK — Video session minutes
- AI Services — Transcription, summarization, and translation minutes and processing type (fast, batch, or live)
